Biography

2024: Started in all 42 games in center field...finished second on the team in batting with a .274 average...had a team-leading 37 hits… managed multiple hits in 10 games…set the Lafayette single-season record for stolen bases with 24, eclipsing a 40-year old record…contributed 106 putouts, good for a .956 fielding percentage.

2023:
 Appeared in 30 contests, making 15 starts, with a .276 average, with eight hits and three steals, as a sophomore…singled and provided a sac bunt against Missouri (2/11)…came off the bench for a steal and a run against Pittsburgh (2/12)…singled against Michigan State then came off the bench to single twice and drive in a run at Elon (2/17)…singled twice and stole a base against James Madison (2/18)…drove in a run with a sac fly against St. Francis (2/19)…managed an RBI-double and scored against St. Bonaventure (3/26)…stole a base at George Washington (5/7)…named to the A-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2022: Appeared in 19 games, including four starts, as a freshman…notched her first walk during her first start of the year, against UTSA (3/4)…stole her first base and scored her first run in a win over Stony Brook (3/16)…came off the bench and produced a game-saving throw home in extra innings to nab a runner attempting to walk off at George Mason, an eventual Fordham win (4/24)…recorded her first career hit, a single, and later added her first RBI through a sac fly in a win at St. Bonaventure (4/30)…pinch ran and scored a run in the A-10 quarterfinal win over St. Joseph’s (5/12)…named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and an Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Earned five varsity letters at Pleasantville... Four-time All-League and two-time All-Section honoree... Westchester/Putnam All-Star honorable mention as a sophomore, she moved up to the First Team as a senior while serving as team captain...won League MVP, and was named Second Team All-State as a senior...two-time team MVP...named a 2021 preseason Lower Hudson Valley Nine Who Shine...selected to the Diamond Nine Plus One team and a Section 1 postseason gamechanger after batting .730 during her senior campaign...played her club ball with TC Futures...earned varsity letters and garnered all-league honors in basketball and soccer, serving as a team captain with the former and helping her team to a state championship as a junior with the latter...off the field was a member of four different National Honor Societies and named Pleasantville's Female Athlete of the Year a senior. 

Personal: Daughter of Brendan and Jennifer O'Neill...has an older brother, Brendan, who played baseball at Skidmore College and now plays baseball at NJIT while in graduate school...has two younger siblings, Matthew and Claire...born Sept. 18, 2003.
