Biography

General: Serving as team captain in 2012. 2011: Started all 26 games in which she played at center field, missing significant time due to rib injury...hit for a .306 average with two home runs and 10 RBI...had five multiple hit games...had a .400 on-base percentage and a .458 slugging percentage...had a two-run homer against Colgate (5/1)...had the most centerfield starts...had a seven-game hitting streak...had a hitting percentage of 1.00 going 2-for-two with bases loaded and also went 6-for-15 with runners in scoring position...one of 13 Lafayette players selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 2009: Started 15 of the 29 games she played in at University of California at Santa Barbara...recorded a .114 batting average with seven runs, a double and four RBI...managed a 1.000 fielding percentage in the outfield...had a three-game hit streak during the first weekend of the season, including a 1-for-2 showing against Wagner (7-0) with a double, three RBI and a run. 2008: Played in 20 games as a freshman at UCSB, starting 15...batted .150 with six hits, seven runs, a double, a triple and three RBI...went 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts and earned five walks...managed a season-high two hits on two occasions: against Utah State (Feb. 15) during her collegiate debut and against Tulsa (Feb. 17)...vs. Utah State, she went 2-for-3 with a stolen base and against Tulsa she was 2-for-3 with a triple and a stolen base. High School: Posted a .395 batting average with 25 stolen bases, two doubles, and four home runs during her senior season (2007)...three-time First Team All-Palomar League and First Team All-CIF selection for her sophomore through senior seasons...named offensive MVP as a sophomore and junior...also played varsity soccer. I really wanted to come to the East Coast and Lafayette was a beautiful campus. So I came here for the academics, beautiful campus, the seasons, and the softball team!
