Biography

2021: Started all 22 games in center field and served as a team co-captain...led the team in batting average (.327), slugging percentage (.571), on-base percentage (.441), home runs (3) and RBI (11)...managed five multi-hit games and hit for a .385 average with runners in scoring position...did not commit an error in 35 chances...drove in four runs with a solo home run, sac fly and a double in the series opener at Bucknell (3/27)...followed in game two of the Bucknell series with three more RBI on a three-run blast...doubled home the winning run in a 2-0 victory over Colgate (4/9)...smacked a two-run home run in the series finale at Colgate (4/10)...selected as a scholar-athlete by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.

2020: Selected as a team captain...started 12 games, all in center field, in a season cut short by COVID-19...recorded a .161 overall batting average in 31 at-bats...hit one home run and had four RBI this season...blasted 10th career homer — a two-run shot — in the third inning of the Leopards' first game of their doubleheader against Penn (3/4)...drove in two runs — one on a double and one on a groundout — to help Lafayette take a 4-1 lead vs. Radford (3/1)...posted a .917 fielding percentage.

2019: Recorded a .199 overall batting average in 151 at-bats...had a hit in 10 out of 49 at bats in conference play for a batting average of .204, the third highest on the team...hit 11 doubles and one home run this season...had six games with two hits and two games with three hits, good enough for second on the team in multiple-hit games... recorded two RBI in a close 7-6 loss to Drexel (3/26)...went three of four with three doubles and an RBI to win 7-2 against Monmouth (4/17).

2018: Started 48 games as a rookie, primarily playing right field...finished second on the team in hitting with .272 average...led the team with eight home runs and 10 doubles in 136 at bats hitting out of the No. 2 spot in the lineup...finished tied for third on the team with 20 RBI...had seven multiple-hit games...managed a .556 average when batting as the lead-off hitter in an inning...led all outfielders with 10 assists...scored a pair of runs and stole two bases in the Leopards' 7-6 win over Rider (2/16) at the Battle at the Beach...had a two-run home run against Hampton (2/23)...scored three runs in the Leopards' 13-4 win over Holy Cross (3/25) in the Patriot League opener...drove in four runs, three of which came plateward on a long ball in a 13-11 final at Villanova (4/11)...smacked a sixth-inning home run that was the winning margin in a 6-5 league win over Colgate (4/15).
 

High School: Outfielder and shortstop who was a three-year starter and letterwinner going into her senior year...awarded King County First Team All-Conference as a DH and Offensive MVP in 2016...led her team to a King County title in 2015 and second-place finishes in 2014 and 2016...advanced to the state tournament in 2015 and 2016, placing second third and second, respectively...participated in soccer as a forward, defender and goal keeper...member of the National Junior Honor Society and a volunteer at the Miracle League.


Personal: Daughter of John and Teresa Grover...has a younger brother, Ethan, and a younger sister, Charlotte...born Sept. 25, 1998.
