At Manchester-Essex: Played four years of soccer and lacrosse, swam for two years and ran track in 2018...two-time CAL champion and lacrosse and swimming, and was a CAL champion and D4 North finalist in soccer...won D2 North in track and was a state finalist in 2019, winning the CAL crown in the 600m...was a three-time CAL all-star in lacrosse, scoring 208 goals and serving as a team captain in 2019...earned CAL All-Star status in track and soccer as well and was a captain for swimming in 2017 and a captain in soccer in 2018...earned honor roll status all four years and was a member of the National Honor Society...served on the Teen Advisory Board...played on the club lacrosse circuit with MassElite...daughter of Maureen McLaughlin and George (Tripp) Lantz...has six siblings, Olivia, George, Evelyn, Ainsley, Benjamin and Leana...father, George, played lacrosse at Hobart...mother, Maureen, ran track at Bentley...sister, Olivia, ran track at Dartmouth.
