AT VILLA MARIA: Participated in four sports - soccer (four years), basketball (one year), lacrosse (four years) and indoor track (three years)... in lacrosse, the program was crowned the 2025 state champions (2A PA) and have been league title recipients since 2022... started for all four seasons, earning First Team All-League, All-Main Line and All-Tournament Team honors... for soccer, she was Second Team All-League, All-Main Line honorable mention and was a 2023 2A PA District Champion... personally holds the school record in the sprint medley for track... served as a captain for lacrosse, soccer and track... received honor roll for all four years as a member of the National Honor Society and the Andrea Thompson Memorial Award winner... is active in the Blue and White Spirit Association and serves as a member of the peer ministry... has five years of club lacrosse experience with the Philly Blast under Josie Tomaino.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Julie and John Capaldi... has two brothers, Jack and Luke... her brother, Jack plays football for Fordham while her father, John, competed for Gettysburg... Julie, her mother, was a field hockey and lacrosse athlete for Lafayette.
