After serving as an assistant coach for five season, Ruminski enters her second season as Director of Lacrosse Operations. After graduation in 2009, Ruminski joined Alison Fisher's coaching staff following a standout playing career, in which she served as the Leopards' team captain as a junior and senior. Ruminski, a Magna Cum Laude graduate in Economics and Business, was a three-time member of the Patriot League Honor Roll. She started in all 65 games in her career, scoring 104 goals and tallying 32 assists. The midfielder collected 159 ground balls, registered 172 draw controls and caused 62 turnovers. She was named Patriot League Rookie of the Year in 2007 after bursting onto the scene with a 42-point season (36 goals, 6 assists).
