At Agnes Irwin: Cox competed in lacrosse, indoor track and soccer. The Owls' lacrosse program was crowned the PAISAA champions in 2023 and the runner-up in 2024. Cox took home the Varsity Lacrosse Coaches award, Class of 1916 laurel and Tour Guide Spirit honor in her senior season. She graduated with Latin honors and earned honor roll during all semesters. For her class, she was the junior and senior president as well as a co-head of the Business and Entrepreneurship Club, team leader of the American Cancer Society - Students Conquering Cancer, and a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Student of the Year campaign. The Villanova, Pa. native played lacrosse for Josie Ferri Tomaino and Julie Young of the Philly Blast Lacrosse club.

Personal: She has two siblings, Brendan and James. Her uncle, Owen Knott, played lacrosse for Notre Dame.
