AT PHOENIXVILLE: Recorded over 150 draw controls and 50 goals as a midfielder... captained the program for two seasons, collecting the following accolades: All-PAC First Team, PASLA All-Academic, Team MVP, PASLA Player of the Week and All-Mercury First Team... academically, she retained four years of distinguished honor roll, the Rotary Club Scholarship, Varsity Club Scholarship and the Norman V Infererra III Memorial Scholarship... served as the co-President of Phoenixville’s Morgan’s Message chapter... fulfilled her positions as Vice President of the Varsity Club and Science Club while acting as the secretary for the National Honor Society... her club lacrosse experience lies with Jen Duckenfield of Dynasty Elite... competed on the indoor track team for two seasons as a sprinter... set the school record in SMR (400m leg) at the New Balance Indoor Nationals.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Ryan and Ben Rost... has one brother, Will... her mother, Ryan, played lacrosse at Villanova while her father, Ben, was a U.S. Army Infantry Officer.
