Reinholtz 2018

Colton Reinholtz

The fall 2021 season marks Reinholtz fourth season with the Lafayette volleyball program. He serves as the Maroon and White’s assistant coach and recruiting coordinator.

In a shorted 2021 spring season, Reinholtz helped lead the Leopards to a sweep of crosstown rival Lehigh. He also helped coach outside hitter Leanna Deegan to a Patriot League All-League First Team selection, the first first-team selection for the Leopards since 2006.

During the 2019 season he helped lead Lafayette to a 13-19 overall record, the most wins the program had seen in 10 seasons.

Reinholtz came to College Hill in 2018 after spending the 2017 season as the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at Western State Colorado University where his focus was mainly on middles, serving and receiving, and defense.

Prior to his associate head coach position at Western State Colorado University, he held the title of assistant coach with Utah State University, Hofstra University, Saint Francis University and Western State Colorado University.

He also holds coaching experience at the club and high school levels, as well as camps across the country.

Reinholtz earned his associate’s degree in business management and marketing at Southern Utah University in 2011 and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah in parks, recreation and tourism in 2013. He earned his master’s degree in sport administration from Arkansas State University in 2016.

He is a member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
