Maggie Catherina comes to College Hill after a three-year tenure as head coach at Goucher College.
At Goucher, Catherina served as head coach for three years (2020-2023). Catherina instilled a competitive atmosphere, leading her team to their first conference win and steadily increasing their competitive edge, while also achieving an AVCA Team Award.
Catherina served as the Mystique Volleyball Club Coach from (2015-2020), Nike Performance Camp Director (2019-20) and Gold Medal Squared Coach (2018-20).
After a successful four-year volleyball career at Rowan University, Catherina served as an assistant coach from 2016-2020. During her tenure, she helped the Profs increase their win total by 10 games during her four seasons.
Other accomplishments at Rowan included, assisting the team to the NJAC Championship Game in 2019, coached the first player in program history to reach AVCA All-American status, coached the NJAC Defensive Player of the Year, multiple conference honorees and mentoring the team in the classroom to the AVCA Team Award.
Catherina is a native of Ridgefield, N.J.
