HAMILTON, N.Y. (www.lafayette.com) - The Lafayette volleyball team suffered a 3-0 (30-21, 30-22, 30-20) loss to host Colgate on Saturday.

Kate Walkenhorst (Tulsa, Okla./Cascia Hall Prep) led the Leopards' (2-20) offense with 10 kills and one service ace, and Heidi Olichwier (Arlington Heights, Ill./Buffalo Grove) tallied 22 assists in the loss.

Colgate (2-19) had two players record double-digit kills. Becca Sadowsky notched 13 kills, and Claire Putzeys tallied 10 kills in the win.

Lafayette returns home on Oct. 30 against Fairleigh Dickinson at 7 p.m.
