EASTON, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) - Emily Myers earned her third career hat trick as Lafayette downed St. Peter's, 5-1, on Friday night at Metzgar Field. Myers now has five goals in her last two games.

Myers' first goal came off a cross from Katie Fina at 5:56 to give the Leopards the early 1-0 lead. Myers scored again on a header off a cross from Patricia Austin at 36:22 and completed the hat trick with a long shot at 70:30.

Miriam Habeeb scored her second goal of the season at 7:59 and that proved to be the game-winner. Meghan Sweeney tallied her first score off an assist from Jennifer Ryan to complete the Leopard scoring.

Amy Kalista earned the win in goal, but Marissa Mullins and Ashley Wesmiller also saw time in the net.

Lafayette (4-2) travels to Cornell on Sept. 25 for a 4 p.m. game.
