A floater from Lutz, followed by a Homan lay-in moved the Leopards to within six, 48-42, but Navy extended the lead to 15 on back-to-back threes from Hannah Fenske and Sarah Reilly with 8:23 to play.
Anna Ptasinski's triple from the corner sliced the deficit to 12, and a follow from Harriet Ottewill-Soulsby made it a ten-point spread, 59-49 with 3:51 on the clock. Navy scored the next four points to increase its lead to 14, and the Mids held to beat the Leopards, 65-52.
