- Lafayette is back at it in Fisher Stadium on Tuesday, hosting Manhattan and looking for its third win in four games to open the 2018 campaign.
- The Leopards are coming off a thrilling home opener on Friday. Senior co-captain Will McCarthy netted the game-winner in double overtime to take down Wagner, 8-7. McCarthy contributed six ground balls and four caused turnovers in the victory.
- The offense for the Maroon and White has been anchored by junior Conor Walters, sophomore Adam Close and freshman John Natoli, each with five goals apiece this season. Walters and Closer, as well as McCarthy, have chipped in with three helpers as well through four games.
- Sophomore John Becker has solidified the spot at the X for the Leopards early in the season, winning 59.4 percent of his face-offs this spring. Becker went 58-for-103 at the X a year ago, a 56.3 percent success rate.
