- The Lafayette Invitational began in 2005 and has been a staple of the Leopards' schedule ever since, excluding the 2014 season.

-Fairleigh Dickinson is back for the second-consecutive year after going 0-2 in the event last season which included a 3-1 decision to Lafayette.

- Delaware State makes its first appearance in the event since 2012 when the Hornets went 1-2, including a 3-1 decision to Lafayette.

- The Leopards hold an overall record of 23-12 in the Lafayette Invitational, previously the Lafayette College Tournament. The record includes three-straight undefeated appearances in the event from 2012-15 when Lafayette went 9-0 over the span.

- The Leopards will open Patriot League play following the Lafayette Invitational when they host defending champion American on Sept. 21.
