Grace Tulevech and the rest of the Lafayette Volleyball team are asking for your support in the Hurricane Florence relief efforts.
- Friday's contest matches the earliest in the season that the Leopards and the Eagles have met. In 2006, American traveled to College Hill on Sept. 21 to take on Lafayette.
- Saturday is Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day as the Leopards will be accompanied by their favorite Lafayette College professors during introducitons.

Grace Tulevech became the first Leopard since 2004 to record back-to-back 20-kill matches when she recorded two straight matches with 21 kills against Delaware State and Hartford in the Lafayette Invilational. Veronica Canto-Ponce '06 was the last Leopard to accomplish the feat when she racked up 22 kills against American and 20 against Navy on back-to-back days.

Julia Howard is just 25 assists away from reaching seventh-place on the Lafayette all-time assists list. She is currently chasing Maria Balus '16 who assisted 1,179 times in her career.
- Tulevech ranks second in the Patriot League in both total kills (159) and kills per set (3.70) this season. She is one of only three freshman to rank inside the top 10 in the categories.
- The Leopards posted their best out-of-conference record since 2015 when that year's squad went 8-4 during the non-conference schedule. This season marked the first time since 2015 that the Maroon and White went unbeaten in the Lafayette Invitational, posting a 3-0 record.
