- The Leopards have taken three-straight matches from the Bison and 2018 marks the second-consecutive season that Lafayette has played Buckell in its Patriot League opener. 

- Lafayette is sitting at 4-2-1 thorugh the season's first seven games and off to its best start since the 2011 season when the Leopards started that season with an identical record. This will be the final non-conference match of the early season before entering conference play on Saturday.
 
- Three of the four goal scorers for Lafayette this season have netted their first career goals in the 2018 campaign. Juniors James Gibson and Dylan Royalty and freshman Sebastian Varela have all found the net for the first time in the Maroon and White this season.  
 
- The backline of captains senior Joe DeStefano and junior Christian Williams has been a large part of the success in the early part of the season. Along with freshman goalkeeper Alex Sutton, the trio has played all 660 minutes of the 2018 season.
