*Last week, Kitromilides was named to the All-League Second Team and Goncalves and fellow senior defender
Christian Williams were named to the All-League Third Team.
*After claiming the second seed in the Patriot League Tournament, Loyola had a bye for the first round of the tournament. The Greyhounds finished their regular season slate with a 1-0 win over American last Wednesday. The win helped secure them a share of the Patriot League Tournament Regular Season title for the third-straight year.
*The last meeting between the two squads earlier this season saw Loyola winning 4-2 in Baltimore. Gibson and sophomore
Sebastian Varela netted the two goals for the Leopards in the loss. Loyola leads the all-time series 7-2-1, dating back to 1986 with the last time the Leopards beating the Greyhounds was November 8, 2014. This will be the first ever playoff meeting between the two sides.
*The winner of the game on Tuesday will advance to the Patriot League Tournament Championship game, to be held on the campus of the highest remaining seed. The other quarterfinal game will take place on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, between No.1 Lehigh and No.6 Bucknell. Bucknell upset No.3 Navy on Saturday to advance to the semifinal match against the Mountain Hawks.
