PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Lafayette men's soccer team suffered its first loss at the season as they fell, 3-0, to Temple University on Friday night.
Temple (1-3) would strike first, finding a way past sophomore
Alex Sutton in the 22
nd minute to put them up 1-0. They quickly found the back of the net again, about two minutes later, to put them up 2-0. The Owls would score a final time in the 59
th minute to bring the final to 3-0.

Christian Williams and senior
James Gibson led the way for Lafayette (3-1-1) with a shot apiece while Sutton recorded nine saves in goal.
The Leopards will head back to Philadelphia on Tuesday as they are set to take on La Salle at 7 p.m.
