*The Leopards and Black Knights are set for a four-game series this weekend with a doubleheader in West Point on Saturday and a doubleheader in Easton on Sunday. The first games of both doubleheaders are slated for a 1 p.m. first pitch.

*Army enters this weekend's series with a 7-11 overall record and a 3-3 record in Patriot League action. This past weekend they swept Holy Cross in a Saturday doubleheader, 7-3 and 6-5, before Sunday's game in Worcester was postponed due to weather. On Tuesday, the Black Knights defeated University of Rhode Island, 3-2, in a midweek game. Seven Black Knights recorded a hit in the win and starter Patrick Melampy went 3.0 innings, striking out four.
*Junior Nick Manesis leads the Black Knights so far this spring with a .378 batting average and team-leading three home runs and 30 total bases. Sophomore Bennett Smith leads the team in slugging with .700, senior Jeremiah Adams has a team-high 15 runs scored, nine RBIs and seven doubles, and freshman Sam Ruta has a team-high three triples. On the mound, freshman Connelly Early holds a team-best 1.69 ERA, freshman Tanner Greshman holds a team-high two wins, senior Ray Bartoli holds a team-high one save and sophomore Patrick Melampy has pitched a team-high 26.1 innings.
*The Leopards won the last meeting on April 14, 2019, 6-3, in West Point. Army leads the all-time series 94-65-2, dating back to the two squads first meeting in 1896.
