Three Leopards totaled double digits

BOSTON, Mass. – Despite a 25 point third quarter, the Lafayette College women's basketball team fell to the Boston University Terriers, 67-57, Wednesday night in Case Gym.

The Leopards were led by sophomore Makayla Andrews who totaled a team-high 13 points. Two others found themselves with double digit points as senior Makaila Wilson totaled 12 and junior Jessica Booth totaled 10. Andrews drew her second foul of the night and made both her extra shots to tie the game up 6-6. Boston drained a shot from beyond the arc before it was Wilson, who put in back-to-back buckets to spark an 8-0 Lafayette run to tie up the game 33-33.

The Terriers took a two-point lead after drawing a foul and making both of their extra shots from the charity stripe but Andrews responded with a three-point basket to put Lafayette back in the lead 36-35.
