EMMITSBURG, Md. - The Lafayette men's soccer team posted another non-conference win, defeating Mount St. Mary's 2-1 on Friday night.

The Leopards got on the board first when sophomore
Lawrence Aydlett scored at 14:34. Mount St. Mary's responded with a goal just five minutes later by Marcus Lewis at 19:37.

The game remained tied up until the last minute. With less than a minute remaining, sophomore
Carter Houlihan dished the ball to freshman
Sebastian Tis in the Leopards' offensive half. Tis shot and scored his first collegiate goal and netted the game-winner with 16 seconds remaining in the contest.

Lafayette dominated offensively, recording 22 shots to Mount St. Mary's eight. Junior
Hale Lombard recorded seven shots, four of which were on goal. Aydlett recorded three shots, with one shot resulting in the first goal of the contest.Â

Goalkeeper
Alex Sutton played all 90 minutes in goal for Lafayette, recording one save while allowing one goal. His Mount St. Mary's counterpart, Ethan Russell stopped eight shots while allowing two goals.

The Leopards will be on the road again when they face Drexel on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
