After dropping a one-sided opening set, the Leopards bounced back to take the second highlighted by a 4-0 run to force a Navy timeout when sophomore
Abby Nieporte and freshman Hannah Erich-Pollock teamed up for a denial.

Lafayette hit .481 in the second as freshman
Carol Ulichney got going, finishing the night with nine kills to lead the visitor's attack.

However, the Mids would hit .331 on the night, led by Jamie Llewellyn's 17 kills and Maggie Bodman's 15.

Gracie Gibson finished the night with seven kills, hitting .316 with two blocks while Ehrich-Pollock had five with three rejections.

The Leopards will look to make a quick turnaround, taking on Loyola Saturday afternoon in Baltimore at 4 p.m.
