BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Freshman goalkeeper Joe Doherty was named the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
 
The Malvern, Pa. native has started in all five games for the Leopards, recording two wins in the net.
 
In Saturday's 10-4 win over Binghamton, Doherty made 10 saves and only allowed four goals, good for a 0.720 save percentage.
 
Junior attack Peter Lehman and senior defender Sean Rushton were both named honorable mentions for this week's awards.
 
The Leopards open Patriot League play on Saturday at No. 7 Loyola.
