Women's Soccer Inks Eight to Class of 2028

Class includes student-athletes from six states and Canada

EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette women's soccer head coach Mick Statham announced the addition of eight new Leopards to the Class of 2028 on Friday afternoon.

Lafayette's incoming signees hail from six different states and Canada, and encompass two positional groups. The class features five defenders and three midfielders from Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Missouri, Virginia, New Jersey and the Canadian province of Ontario.

"I'm extremely pleased with the class we have put together this year." Statham said. "This is a group filled with excellent soccer players, top class students and outstanding human beings. If they can integrate and contribute as much as our current freshmen are doing, we will be thrilled."
