MADISON, N.J. - The Lafayette fencing team continued its 2025-26 season by traveling to Drew for the MACFA "A vs B" on Sunday.
The men finished the day with a 3-2 mark, defeating Hunter, 22-5, Yeshiva, 20-7 and Army, 19-8, while falling to NJIT and Stevens. Out of 135 bouts, the men were victorious in 74, with the saber squad leading the way with a 28-17 record. The epee and foil squads went 26-19 and 20-25, respectively.
The Leopard men were paced by an outstanding performance by sophomore saber
Nikita Kogan, who won 13 bouts. Sophomore saber

Tyler Morse all recorded 11 victories. A pair of Leopards had seven wins: freshman epee
Henry Cohen and freshman foil

Christopher Rafferty recorded four wins. Freshman foil

Quinn Alvarez won three and two bouts, respectively.
The Leopards continue their season when they travel to FDU for the FDU Invite on Dec. 7.
