EASTON, Pa. – Head coach
Dennis Bohn and Lafayette men's soccer are excited to announce the signing of 10 new Leopards who will report to College Hill for the 2025 fall season.
"We are excited about the newcomers who are joining our program. It is a deep group of talented student-athletes who will bring many positive attributes to Lafayette Soccer and our campus community," Bohn said. "Our staff did a tremendous job of identifying these gifted young men who will undoubtedly bring depth and competition to our team."
The 10 new signees are listed below:
Noah Amankulor | Forward | Philadelphia, Pa. | William Penn Charter
A two-sport athlete in soccer and track, Amankulor attended William Penn Charter. In his three years playing varsity soccer, the forward tallied 50 goals in 45 matches as the Quakers' primary striker. Amankulor paced Penn Charter in goals during his junior and senior campaigns. The Philadelphia, Pa. native later received First Team All-Inter AC and First Team All-Region (SEPA) honors. In his senior year, he was the recipient of Penn Charter's National Merit Commended Scholar award. Amankulor played club soccer for FC Delco in the Major League Soccer (MLS) Next and National Academy League (NAL) and was the top scorer for both teams under head coaches Matt Poole and Taylor Thames.
Francisco Benbow | Goalkeeper | West Chester, Pa. | Westtown
Francisco Benbow is a four-year letterwinner and two-year starter in goal. As a junior, Benbow received an all-state nomination from Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association (PSCA). The goalkeeper also earned back-to-back All-FSL First Team recognition (2023 & 2024), while recording a .09 goals against average. Benbow was later named to the all-state team as a senior. The West Chester, Pa. native played club soccer for Penn Fusion ECNL '06 under head coach Jamie Scott.
Tommy Clark | Forward | Dunmore, Pa. | Dunmore
Tommy Clark was a three-sport athlete in his time at Dunmore, competing in soccer, cross country and track & field. As a four-year starter in soccer, the forward/midfielder tallied 137 career goals on his way to two league titles and a district championship. The Dunmore, Pa. native is a two-time all-state selection and a two-time all-region and all-American, competing in the East vs. West All-American Game. Clark also collected four district medals as a cross-country runner and qualified for state competition four times. He found paralleled success competing in track, collecting over six gold medals across three events and multiple medals in states. Clark was a member of the National Honors Society and served as vice president of his class all four years.
Samir Dishnica | Midfielder | Cheshire, Conn. | Cheshire | Clemson
Samir Dishnica, is a junior transfer hailing from Cheshire, Conn. Before making his way to Lafayette, the midfielder spent his first two college seasons playing for Clemson. In his freshman season, the Tigers were crowned ACC and national champions. In high school, the four-year letterwinner registered 28 goals and 19 assists as a senior en route to a state title. Dishnica later claimed all-state, all-American and Southern Connecticut Conference Player of the Year honors.
Lucas Gardeniers | Defender | Harwood, Md. | South River
Lucas Gardeniers, a standout defender from Harwood, Md., joins the Leopards after his high school career at South River, where he was named the
Capital Gazette Player of the Year. Gardeniers also received first team all-county,
Baltimore Sun First Team All-Met and
Washington Post First Team All-Met laurels en route to capturing a Maryland 3A state championship. He later claimed a spot on
United Soccer Coaches Fall Mid-Atlantic Boys All-Region Team and played club soccer for Baltimore Celtic under head coach Barry Stitz.
Oliver Gordon | Midfielder | Brooklyn, N.Y. | Friends Seminary
Gordon comes to Easton as a three-sport athlete at Friends Seminary, competing in soccer, golf and tennis. The Brooklyn, N.Y. native won an ACIS (Athletic Conference of Independent Schools) title in soccer, primarily playing defense or midfield. Gordon also captured an ACIS championship in golf during his sophomore year. He played club soccer for BW Gottschee in the MLS Next under head coach Miguel Brunengo. Gordon helped the club reach the quarterfinals in 2023.
Thomas Hughes | Midfielder/Defender | Bridgewater, N.J. | Bridgewater Raritan Regional
Hughes joins the men's soccer program as a two-time NAL champion with PDA (Players Development Academy). Under head coaches Tyler Stakiwicz and Mike Gould, the midfielder/defender captured a U19 State Cup title. Hughes has been overseas with the SALA Academy at the Gothia Cup where he was a semifinalist in the world's largest international youth tournament. He is a member of the National Honor Society and received an AP Capstone diploma.
Nicolas Papadopoulos | Forward | Limassol, Cyprus | Silverline
Papadopoulos hails from Limassol, Cyprus, the same home nation as current junior defender
Nikolas Hadjimitsis. Recently, he's represented Cyprus on the U19 Youth National Team against Poland. He was also a U19 Cyprus Cup winner with Apoel FC. At the U17 level, Papadopoulos is a Super Cup winner with Apoel FC and he captured a league title. The forward earned academic scholarships in every year of middle and senior school and claimed student of the year honors his senior year.
Bryson Vail | Midfielder | Mount Pleasant, S.C. | Wando
Bryson Vail, a four-year letterwinner from Mount Pleasant, S.C. joins the Maroon and White as a three-year team captain at Wando. The midfielder registered 11 assists in 14 matches played during his senior campaign, before receiving his second-consecutive all-state selection (2024 & 2025). Vail was the recipient of his high school's "Spirit of Wando" award and earned first place in YEScarolina's Business Plan Competition prior to reaching the semifinals of the state event. He played club soccer for South Carolina Surf Club in the ECNL Southeastern Conference (2021-25) and competed on US Soccer's Olympic Development Program (ODP) National Team (2024).
Harrison Wolfrom | Goalkeeper | Tenafly, N.J. | United States Performance Academy
Wolfrom joins Bohn's roster having previously played for NYCFC (New York City Football Club; U13-U17) and PDA (U19). After a five-year stint in NYCFC's academy, the Tenafly, N.J. native made a move to PDA and competed in the MLS Next league. In 2023, Wolfrom trained with NYCFC II, along with reaching the quarterfinals for the 2023 GA Cup. He qualified for the MLS Next Cup Playoffs in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and
Top Drawer Soccer selected him a U19 Player to Watch in 2025.
