EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette field hockey remained in the top 20 of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division I Coaches Poll on Tuesday afternoon. The Leopards rank 10th in the official NCAA Rating Percentage Index (RPI) for week six.
The Maroon and White outlasted American, 1-0 in shootouts, on Oct. 2 to hold all league opponents scoreless in regulation so far this fall.

Campbell Lemmink stopped three of the opposing tries for the victory. Lafayette remains undefeated at home (5-0) and in conference play (3-0).
Most recently, the Leopards took the Big 10's Penn State to overtime on the road, before falling by a 3-2 final on Oct. 4. The hosts halted the Leopards' eight-game win streak that dated back to Sept. 4 against Temple.
Addison Kahn was voted as the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week for the third time this season on Monday afternoon for her efforts in the cage. She posted four saves against American and leads the Patriot League in goals-against average (GAA) at 0.89 while placing second in save percentage (.773).
In week five of the 2026 NFHCA Coaches Poll, the Maroon and White earned a No. 19 ranking while positioned in a program-high seventh place for RPI.
Previously in 2024, Lafayette made its way to national rankings during the historic Patriot League title run. The No. 20 Leopards of that season ranked 21st for RPI, while the 2012 conference championship squad attained a No. 11 mark for their strength of schedule.
Lafayette returns to action this Friday, resuming Patriot League play at Bucknell. Push back is set for 6 p.m. with the Bison.
