COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Sixteen members of the Lafayette field hockey program were honored on Wednesday afternoon as selections to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's (NFHCA) 2025 Division I National Academic Squad.
The NFHCA recognizes more than 1,100 outstanding undergraduate student-athletes from 82 institutions named to the 2025 Division I National Academic Squad.

 National Academic Squad program honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

Three NFHCA collegiate academic awards are still to be announced. TheÂ
NFHCA Scholars of Distinction will be unveiled on February 13, followed by theÂ
NFHCA National Academic Team awards on February 17, and culminating with the announcement of theÂ
National Scholar-Athlete on February 19.
