EASTON, Pa. - Head coach Kristen Nicholson added Tiffany Anderson to the women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach for the upcoming year.

"I'm thrilled to have Tiff joining our staff on College Hill," Nicholson said. "She's proven to have a significant impact on all the players she's worked with in a meaningful way. We're excited to get to work."

Anderson arrives at Lafayette after six successful seasons as an assistant coach at Kutztown, where she helped elevate the team into one of the top NCAA Division II programs in the country.

During her tenure, Kutztown made back-to-back NCAA Division II Tournament appearances and three PSAC Championship Tournament berths. The program achieved nine All-Americans and was featured in the IWLCA national poll, finishing a program-best No. 10 in 2024.

Prior to Kutztown, Anderson spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at East Stroudsburg University, helping lead the squad to a 15-win season, an Atlantic Regional Championship Elite Eight appearance and a No. 8 IWLCA ranking. She contributed to the development of five All-PSAC selections, five All-Region honorees and three All-Americans.

A former standout student-athlete at Tiffin in Ohio, Anderson was a three-year starter and earned IWLCA Division II Senior All-Star and All-GLIAC Honorable Mention honors during her senior season. With 60 career games, the East New Market, Md. native amassed 31 points, 22 goals, nine assists, 80 ground balls, 58 caused turnovers and 55 draw controls. 

She graduated from Tiffin in 2018 with a Bachelor's in Sports and Recreation Management: Athletic Administration. Later, she earned her Master's in Leadership and Management (Sport Management) from East Stroudsburg University in 2020.

Her additional experience is prevalent in the club circuit, coaching the 2028s of Roar Lacrosse since 2024 and the Endless Season Summer Camp (Power Lacrosse & Athletics) for over a decade. Anderson also served as part of the NCAA's Regional Selection Committee for the Atlantic Region.
