NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (www.lafayette.edu) - Senior midfielder Kerrie Kiley (Greenlawn, N.Y./St. Anthony's) one-timed a pass from Meghan Ramsey (Lakeville, Minn./Great Valley) into the net at the 25:22 mark to give Lafayette a 1-0 win over Iona on Tuesday.

Senior goalkeeper Marissa Mullins (Wall, N.J./Wall Township) made 10 saves to earn her second victory of the season.

Iona nearly evened the score in the 78th minute. Mullins stopped a shot by Rosamaria Iacono, but the rebound went to the Gaels' Sherry Black who chipped the ball over the net.

The Leopards (3-6-4 overall, 0-1-1 Patriot League) have recorded shutouts in each of their three victories.

Lafayette returns to action on Saturday, visiting Holy Cross for a Patriot League contest at noon.
