CAPE COD, Mass. (www.lafayette.edu) - Sara Hourihan scored twice in the first half, and assisted on the Wildcats' final goal to give New Hampshire a 3-0 win over Lafayette in the ECAC Women's Soccer Classic on Sunday afternoon in Cape Cod, Mass..

Hourihan's first score came just under 30 minutes into the match and was assisted by Amanda Wiggins. She scored her second goal of the match with 2:27 remaining before the half on a hard shot that was first deflected by Leopard goalkeeper Mary Kate Erdman.

Adriana Gonzalez-Medina converted with 2:42 left in the match on a play that was set up by Hourihan.

Julie Randall made four saves in goal for the shutout as UNH (3-2) outshot Lafayette, 19-5. Erdman had eight saves for the Leopards (1-2-1).

Lafayette will host Monmouth on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Metzgar Fields Athletic Complex.
