EASTON, Pa. - The Lafayette men's basketball team, courtesy of a semifinal win over top-seeded Bucknell and a win by sixth-seeded American, will host the Eagles on Wednesday in the championship game of the Patriot League Tournament at Kirby Sports Center at 7:30 p.m.
Lafayette knocked off the Bison in Lewisburg on Sunday afternoon, 80-74, and American upended second-seeded Colgate in Hamilton, N.Y. in the other semifinal Sunday afternoon, 73-62. American is the only Patriot League that Lafayette failed to defeat this season as Pee Wee Gardner drained a buzzer-beater to down the Leopards in Easton and the Eagles took care of the Maroon and White in Washington, D.C. on Feb. 14, 88-77.
As directed by the Patriot League, ticket prices for the 7:30 p.m. contest on Wednesday are $22 for adults and $9 for senior citizens/youth (65 and older, 13 and under) and students with valid I.D. There are no complimentary tickets and coupons or other offers are not valid for Patriot League Tournament contests.
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office in Kirby Sports Center, by contacting the ticket office via phone (610-330-5471) or by clicking the link above.
Lafayette's ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
