* Lafayette plays host to Colgate on Saturday in a Patriot League contest under the lights that marks the midpoint of the 2018 league slate. The two programs have have squared off 30 times in a series that dates to 1990.
* The Leopards defeated Bucknell 2-0 in their Patriot League opener in mid-September but have dropped three straight in the ensuing weeks. The Raiders have not lost since late August, going 5-0-2 in September including a 3-0-1 mark in Patriot League action.
* In the most recent matchup, Colgate defeated the Leopards 4-1 in 2017 as Mara Cosentino registered a natural hat trick in the first half for the Raiders.
Krista Kissell netted the lone goal for Lafayette on an assist from
Alexa Buffa.
* Lafayette was picked to finish seventh (63 points) in the annual preseason poll of coaches and sports information directors. Colgate was tabbed for third in the preseason poll (125 points) and received one first place vote.
