Spencer Rouse has already eclipsed his 2018 hits total of 29 with 36 already through 38 games this season. He has also reached base in his last 23 games, including a 2-for-3 day with a home run in the series opener at Holy Cross.

JP Woodward had a career-high 10 strikeouts in the series opener at Holy Cross in just 6.0 innings of work to earn the win. It was the first time a Leopards had double-digit strikeouts in a game since
John Cain '18 had 10 at Holy Cross on May 1, 2016.
Stepping Up In Conference Play
Along with his 23-game on-base streak, Rouse holds the Patriot League's third-highest batting average in conference games at .414. This comes after a slow start where he hit just .145 through the first 16 games of the season.
Starting Strong in the PL
The Leopards were off to their best start through 13 conference games since the 2011 campaign when they were 8-5 and finished Patriot League play at .500.
Road Warriors
Lafayette opened the season playing 22 games away from home before finally getting to play a home game on March 30. Only three teams in the country played more road games to open the season with the leader being Western Michigan at 31 games.
Craska's A Savior

Frank Craska impressed early on in his career on College Hill, striking out the side in his first appearance out of the Lafayette bullpen. Since then, he is 4-for-4 in save situations with two in Liberty Bell Classic games.

Trey Durrah has been a part of the Lafayette baseball program for nearly his entire life. Durrah is the son of former pitching coach and current director of operations
Gregg Durrah and served as the Leopards' bat boy in the early 2000s.
