MADISON, N.J. The Lafayette fencing team continued its season on Sunday competing at the Drew Invitational hosted by Drew University.
The Leopards men's and women's teams participated in matches against Drew, Hunter and Yale inside Baldwin Gymnasium. The Lafayette men were victorious over Hunter, defeating the Hawks 17-9 in both of their matchups. The men completed the event with a 2-4 record. The Lafayette women defeated two out of their three opponents, outscoring Drew in both matches by a score of 15-12 in each, and defeating Hunter by 25-2 and 23-4. The women ended the day with a 4-2 record.
The Leopard men were paced by freshman

The Leopards continue their season on March 6 when they travel to Drew University to compete in the Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Fencing Association Championships. Â
