Lafayette Partnership with Savant Beverages to Serve Local Brews and Expand Festival Offerings

Easton-based craft beverage company joins inaugural Food Truck Festival this Saturday

EASTON, Pa. – Lafayette College has established a partnership with Savant Beverages, owner of Weyerbacher Brewing Company, ahead of its inaugural Lafayette Football Food Truck Festival on Saturday, Oct. 12 at Fisher Stadium.

Weyerbacher is an Easton-based craft brewer established in 1995. This partnership will make Weyerbacher's high-quality beers and other adult beverages available for purchase during the Leopards' remaining home football games and at 2024-25 home men and women's basketball games.

Two Lafayette-themed beverage options will be available for purchase on Oct. 12, including a golden ale and an imperial pale ale (IPA). Future home football games will feature a peach mango-flavored wine cooler. Additional beverages will be added in the future.

Weyerbacher is now the seventh local partner participating in this inaugural Oct. 12 event. Other partners include Donerds Donuts, Deezy's Famous Cheesesteaks, Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck, The Lancaster Cupcake Truck, Don Juan Mex Grill, and The Sticky Pig.

All fans who purchase a regular game ticket will have access to all seven vendors, whose trucks will be parked inside Fisher Stadium. Parking passes for Markle Parking Deck (located directly behind the home grandstand) are also available for the game. Admission to the game is free for children under the age of 14.
