Lafayette Offering Free Transportation To NCAA Field Hockey Tournament

Patriot League champion Leopards are making first NCAA appearance since 2012

EASTON, Pa. – Lafayette College is providing free transportation for students, faculty and staff to the NCAA Field Hockey Tournament first-round game on Friday at 11 a.m., when the Leopards face St. Joseph's in Merion, Pa.

The offer is first-come, first-served with 50 seats available. The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. from Williams Center For the Arts. Students can register for the bus here and can enter the game for free with a student ID. 

Non-students must also register for the bus and can purchase game tickets for $10 at the gate. 

The Lafayette field hockey team is coming off of a Patriot League championship win over American. The Leopards finished the regular season with a record of 14-6, capping off the 2024 campaign with their 12th Patriot League title. Friday's game marks Lafayette's first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2012.
