ANTOGNOLI AVERAGES
   On her way to her second consecutive All-Patriot League Third-Team selection, senior guard
Abby Antognoli was a focal point of the Leopards' offense last season. The Economics major averages team highs of 12.3 ppg, 4.9 rpg and 3.7 apg and is ranked third in the conference in assists and 10th in scoring.
SCOUTING ARMY
   The Black Knights finished their non-conference slate with an 8-2 record, but lost their fourth league game 90-51 at Lehigh.  Army is 3-1 in league play and head coach Missy Traversi is in her fourth season at the helm.
   Wednesday marks the 73rd meeting, between the Leopards and Black Knights after Lafayette swept the season series in 2024.
   Trinity Hardy, Fiona Hastick and Reese Ericson were the Black Knight's leading scorers at Lehigh, tallying nine apiece. Hardy leads Army in scoring (14.1 ppg) and assists (3.1 apg) and Hastick is second on the team in points with 9.6. Hardy ranks sixth in the Patriot League in scoring, third in field-goal percentage (44.7, 150 or more attempts) and first in steals (2.6 spg). Forward Kya Smith sits fourth in the conference in rebounding (7.7 rpg).Â
   Army shot 32.7 percent from the floor, 25.0 percent from beyond the arc and 66.7 percent from the charity stripe, for a season-low 51 points. The Black Knights collected three-straight Patriot League victories against Colgate, Boston U. and Loyola before their loss to the Mountain Hawks.  Army ranks first in the conference in defensive rating and third in rebounding, holding their opponents to an average of 55.6 points per game, while grabbing 35.2 boards per outing.

DAZZLING DONAHUE
   Junior guard
Kay Donahue is averaging 10.2 points per game, 4.9 rebounds per game and 1.9 assists per outing. In the team's games against No. 6 Notre Dame and NJIT, the Belle Mead, N.J. native notched a career high of 18 points and drained eight field goals against the Irish. Donahue's point and rebound averages rank her 17th and 15th amongst her Patriot League foes, respectively.Â

UP NEXT
   Lafayette returns to the court at 2 p.m. on Saturday, as it travels to Hamilton, N.Y. to take on Colgate for its sixth game of the conference slate.

JUNIOR DUO
   Junior guards
Kay Donahue and
Sauda Ntaconayigize have been constant threats from all over the floor this season, shooting 40.1 and 41.3 percent respectively. Donahue has been a main option on offense through Lafayette's first 15 games, but Ntaconayigize can also score the ball, averaging 8.3 points per outing. Both Leopards average 27 minutes or better per contest.Â

   To kickoff February, the Leopards welcome Colgate to Easton for their Play4Kay/National Women and Girls in Sports game on Feb. 1. On Feb. 12,  American comes to town for Lafayette's Pride Game and Feb. 22 is Alumni Day versus Lehigh. Senior Day will take place on Mar. 1 against Boston U.Â

   Kirby Sports Center, the Leopards' home arena, has seen major upgrades over the past year. A state-of-the art Daktronics control and video display system can now be seen above center court, showcasing promotional team videos and updated branding to enhance the fan experience. By featuring Daktronics' latest version of Show and Venus Control Suite, it allows Lafayette to expand on in-game presentations.
EXCELLENCE IN ACADEMICS
   Lafayette's athletic programs stood out among the nation's best last fall in the NCAA's Division I annual Graduation Success Rate (GSR) release. College Hill claimed a 97 percent GSR overall for the second straight year based on the 19 sports measured while 16 Leopard teams, including women's basketball, achieved a graduation success rate of 100 percent.
