EASTON, Pa. - Brian Winiarski '86 will join Lafayette Athletics as an Associate Athletic Director for Advancement beginning Dec. 15.
Winiarski returns to College Hill after a career in sales and business development with three companies in the office products and services industry. During his career, Winiarski generated more than $220 million in total sales working with healthcare, legal, retail, media and non-profit corporations and institutions, most recently generating 62 percent growth from 2021-24. While also working as a sales executive, the Wyckoff, N.J. native has served as Ramapo High School's boys' soccer associate head coach since 2017, helping the program to a 136-22-10 record with six Bergen County Tournament championships and a NJ Group 3 state title in 2025 with a record of 21-1.

"Brian has had a distinguished sales career and will now apply those skills to securing resources for our Division I athletic program to ensure the College's student-athletes have the finest experiences possible."
In his new role, Winiarski will be responsible for overseeing various volunteer groups, such as the Maroon Club Executive Committee, the Hall of Fame nomination committee and multiple "Friends of" committees.
Winiarski graduated from Lafayette in 1986, earning his bachelor's degree in History. During his time on College Hill, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society and the Chi Phi fraternity. In his playing career, he helped lead the Leopards to an East Coast Conference title in 1984, the first postseason championship for any Lafayette soccer team and finished his career with a 0.84 goals-against average. Winiarski has previously served on Lafayette's Alumni Council (1999-02) and the Lafayette Soccer Steering Committee (2018-22).
Winiarski and his wife of 31 years, Kerry, have three adult children: Kevin, Chris and Grace.
