EASTON, Pa. – Head coach A.J. Miller announced the promotion of three members of the Lafayette baseball coaching staff on Monday.
Jabin Weaver, who is going into his second season with the Leopards and previously served as the pitching coach and Director of Technology and Scouting, will now serve as the Recruiting Coordinator for the Maroon and White, in addition to being the pitching coach.
"This is more than deserved for coach Weaver" Miller said. "He has served in a multitude of roles throughout his coach journey and I believe he is the perfect recruiting coordinator for this program."
Colin Houck, who joined the Leopards from Bloomsburg in 2025 and served as assistant coach for Lafayette, will continue in this capacity, while also becoming the Director of Technology and Scouting.
"Coach Houck is the next up-and-coming name in the college baseball coaching world," Miller said. "His eagerness, work ethic, and determination to be great have already been felt in the industry and I'm excited for him in this new role."
Greg Durrah who is entering his 24
th season on College Hill this spring and has held various roles in the Lafayette program over his career, has been elevated from Director of Program Development to assistant coach.
"Every day that this program and staff get to spend with Coach Durrah is a blessing," Miller said. "He is truly someone that makes us all better at what we do and who we are. He is more than deserving of this new role."
