EASTON, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) - The Lafayette sports marketing club is running Lafayette fan buses to the 2004 Patriot League Basketball Tournament at The Show Place Arena for the on Saturday, March 6 and on Sunday, March 7 only if the Leopards advance to the semifinals.
The buses will depart each day from Williams Art Center at 3 p.m. and return following the game. Bus tickets are just $5 per person and can be purchased through the Lafayette Ticket Office at (610) 330-5471 or via email. The ticket office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every business, day except for the lunch hour, and will close for all tournament sales (game and bus tickets) on Thursday, March 4 at noon.
The No. 3 seed Lafayette men's team faces No. 6 seed Colgate in the last of four quarterfinal round games at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 6. If the Leopards defeat Colgate, they would advance to a semifinal round game vs. the winner of No. 2 seed American vs. No. 7 seed Army at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 7.
