BETHLEHEM, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) - Lafayette's cross country teams competed in the 31st annual Paul Short Run on Saturday in Bethlehem, with a quartet of women's runners crossing the finish line together and Alex Wechsler and Nicholas Birosik pacing the men's team.

Hannah Tuson, Frances Morro, Lindsay Bryant and Taryn Landers were in a pack of Leopards that finished the course together. The women's squad gathered a 23rd place finish in the 26-team Division I field.

Lafayette's men finished 21st of 24 teams, with Wechsler placing 99th and Birosik crossing the line 10 seconds later. Kevin Penderghest and Edward Dutch also finished in the top four for Lafayette.
