EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette's baseball game vs. Rutgers on Wednesday has been called due to continuing rain in the Lehigh Valley. The two teams played two and a half innings with Lafayette holding a 2-1 lead.

The umpires called both teams off the field at 4:07 p.m., and the infield was covered. The game was called a half hour later.

The contest has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 3, but will be played at Rutgers' Bainton Field.
