Leopard Invitational Results

EASTON, Pa. -

The Lafayette women's cross country team placed third out of eight teams with 85 points in the 6K while the men placed ninth out of 10 teams in their five-mile run at the Leopard Invitational on Saturday morning.

The Leopards boasted three top-20 finishers in the women's event. Junior Rose Kennedy was Lafayette's best finisher of the day, placing fifth.

Freshman Erika Stasakova also cracked the top 10, finishing ninth. Senior Kaela Mahon finished 18th.

Sophomore Ryan Stasiowski was the highest men's finisher, missing the top-20 by less than two seconds.

The home event is Lafayette's last outing before the Patriot League Championships on Nov. 1 in Bethlehem, Pa., at 11 a.m.
