Leopards Place 48 on Academic Honor

EASTON, Pa. -- Members of the Lafayette track and field programs earned 48 spots on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Three student-athletes from the Lafayette women's track and field team and one on the men's team stood above the rest, achieving 4.0 grade-point averages for the semester. Seniors Stephanie McCartney (Chemical Engineering) and Jaimie Sheppard (Civil Engineering), sophomore Emily Moore (Chemical Engineering) and freshman Elias Saric (Philosophy) turned in the perfect GPA's

To be eligible for the Patriot League Spring Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must earn a 3.20 GPA during the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
