Aug. 29, 2017 EASTON, Pa. – Lafayette Head field hockey coach Jennifer Stone announced the addition of Kelcie Hromisin to her coaching staff on Monday afternoon. The former Boston College product joins College Hill after graduating in 2016.
"Kelcie is a wonderful addition to our staff. Her experience as a player at Boston College and in the ACC will have an immediate impact for our program and athletes," Stone said. "Kelcie's love for all aspects of being a successful student-athlete make her an excellent addition to bring balance to our group. We are excited to welcome Kelcie to College Hill."
Hromisin joins the Leopards staff for her first coaching position after a successful collegiate career at Boston College. A four-year starter for the Eagles, Hromisin was named captain during her senior season. While with Boston College, she led her team to three straight NCAA tournament appearances from 2012-15. She also was named to the Division I All-Northeast Region Second Team as a senior.
The Leopards take the field again this weekend with two road contests, one against Appalachian State at 2 p.m. on Saturday and the other against JMU on Sunday at 2 p.m.
