Field Hockey Picks Up League Play at Colgate

Leopards look to get on the right side of the .500 mark in conference action

- Lafayette looks to start a winning streak when it travels to Hamilton, N.Y. to battle with Colgate in a return to Patriot League play on Saturday afternoon. The Leopards are coming off a decisive 5-2 victory over Villanova on Monday and have scored nine goals in their last two contests.

- The Maroon and White currently sit at 1-1 in Patriot League action as they look to get over the .500 mark. Lafayette is 3-8 overall, but 3-3 in its last six contests with wins over Lehigh, Drexel and Villanova.

- The remainder of the Leopards' schedule consists of a back-and-forth between conference and non-conference foes. Lafayette intersperses meetings with Colgate, Holy Cross, American and Bucknell with matchups against Penn, Providence and Cornell to close out the 2018 season. The Patriot League Tournament will begin on Friday, Nov. 2
