PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Lafayette track and field team continued its season at the Penn Relays on Friday afternoon. The men sent Billy Prebola to the meet in the javelin college division where he captured first place. 

Prebola, competing in a field with 25 throwers, recorded a throw of 218' 10", besting UConn's Colin Winkler by three feet. This mark established a new school record for the javelin, breaking a 19-year-old mark set by Ethan Blose (217'10" in 2003).
