EASTON, Pa. – Tim Reilly will conclude his service as Lafayette baseball's head coach after two seasons. A national search is underway to fill the position.
After serving as an assistant coach for three seasons, Reilly led the Leopards for two campaigns (2021 and 2022) and compiled an overall record of 29-52, including a 22-28 mark in Patriot League play. The 2021 team earned the No. 3 seed in the Patriot League Tournament and fell to No. 2 seed Army in the best-of-three series. The 2022 team finished with an overall record of 15-35, including a 10-15 mark in Patriot League play and did not qualify for the conference tournament.Â
His tenure as head coach followed three seasons as an assistant coach for the Leopards under Joe Kinney.Â
